Macwin upgraded the TSAM facility to redefine the building and create a more functional space.

Key upgrades included a high-spec concrete structure with off-shutter finishes, custom skylights, and polished floors. Expanded ablution facilities were paired with a new canteen and kitchen featuring epoxy flooring for hygiene compliance.

Enhancements included plant rooms for air conditioning and hot water systems, awnings for the dispatch yard, and in-house plumbing, including all piping and stainless-steel drainage systems.
